Nice area, but manager is a total jerk. Manager is unresponsive, doesn't return calls, and does nothing to help tenants. He actually talks down to tenants and is unbelievably condescending for a lowly loser apartment manager. Other examples - he doesn't tell residents about the building's storage space and uses it for personal use, as I've seen his family members move stuff into the building's storage. When building was painted, painters had keys and let themselves into units without the presence of the Manager - unacceptable.
