The one good thing about this apt is the location- close to the freeway, ucla, and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Other than that, I suggest you look elsewhere. Crime is high- lots of theft of mail and cars being broken into. Parking is a nightmare too- not enoughs spots in the underground parking. So people park in the side of the driveways where it's a pain to maneuver through.

And, the manager is a prick.

Also, if you're looking for a place longer than a year, beware- they'll jack up your rent after the lease is over.
