I've never lived in an apartment where the managment and management company is so bad.

We had some pretty major problems with the landlord. He's extremely uncommunicative. When there is a problem, he's defensive, and blames the tenants. If you ask for help from him, he rarely responds.

When I called Decron Properties themselves to file a complaint, they were extremely rude. They said that they didn't have the time to talk to me.

Decron Properties currently has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, and now I know why. The area this apartment in is great, but you will definitely find better/cheaper living just a few blocks east.
