Not sure what the other disguntled reviews are about but i can only tell you about my experience.
Enjoyed living there, nice area, warm building, excellent access to UCLA and all the local malls.
Manager was responsive to all maintenance requests and did a fairly good job of keeping me happy.
Never had anything stolen despite some other reviews.
Building was always kept clean and I rarely heard any noise from other tenants.
All in all, a GREAT experience but had to leave due to career.
