Friendly neighbors, convenient location, GREAT Building Manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Awesome Hollywood location with 24 hour Ralphs 1 block away, plus many restaurants and amenities a short walk away (yes, you can actually walk). Steven, the manager, is super nice and accommodating; really cares about the atmosphere. The neighbors are impressively upbeat and friendly. Maintenance personnel also quite pleasant based on only a couple of encounters so far. The only downside I'm aware of: no on-site recycling.
