i have just moved into the casa de marina apartments. this place only sucks a little bit of butt, but not too much. i will give a list of cons/pros. as far as the amenities: -the gym isnt huge or modern BUT it has sufficient equipment to get a basic workout. -the pool gets no sun BUT the jacuzzi is warm and full of semen. -the laundry room often has things left behind BUT has pleanty of machines. -the garbage cans smell horrible and are usually full BUT you can throw your trash anywhere. as far as everyday living: -you can hear people playing instruments, laughing, and playing music BUT you can also hear poeple having sex. -the parking lot is always being flushed so you cant park your car and get dings on your door BUT there is assigned parking. -the management is young and somewhat immature BUT Amal is a jerkface and the asian guy is even worse than him. im gonna punch that jerk in his tiny balls. Paul or whatever the white guys name is, is cool. even though he looks like a big warcraft nerd. I go to him when i need help. -you are not allowed to have ANYTHING on your balcony, not even a bike, bbq or chairs, or even dried leaves that have fallen from the trees BUT you have a balcony.
i have a feeling i am going to enjoy living with all you idiots. it is generally peaceful here with a lack of ocean breeze. there are beautiful stray cats that will pee on your doorstep and youll be sure to find dogpoop on the grounds, even though dogs are not allowed. if you are a good looking blonde female however, you have no worries, you will be allowed to move in with a dog (chiuaua or bulldog [both real cases in the C building]) and you will have your maintnence requests taken care of immediately. if you are anybody else, good luck. you will have to face that dirtbag indian and punch him in the chest until he submits to your request. oh, and bring your own refigerator. moron.
