I am a tenant and have lived there for about 18 years now. A few years ago they built sauna and sports room. It's in the back of the building and is very private. Place is being cleaned daily and is very well maintained. Manager, Samantha - has been managing the building for over 20-30 years and really has a great control of all aspects of the building. Repairs are done fast enough. There are at least two maintenance workers on site at least several time a day to handle every day tasks.

Apartments are now equiped with built in microwaves and carpeting is always changed before new tenant moves in.

There has been several owner changes in the past 20 years. Dekron, who now owns the building is very good with repairs. Most tenants are overall quite happy. This is a general feeling that I get from neighbors.
