We've been in this apartment complex for about three years now and were actually considering changing location for this upcoming year. However, we changed our minds with the change of the complex manager. The old manager was a nice man but not necessarily the best manager. Before we moved into our apartment our carpet was never changed (not even washed, which it very much needed), appliances weren't fixed/changed, work orders weren't taken care of as quickly,etc. We periodically asked for the carpet to be shampooed but it was never done. Anyway, ever since Danica (our current manager) has taken over this place has completely changed. A study lounge has been put in, lobby has been redone, garage is well lit, outside/front enterance has been redone and looks great, work orders are taken care of as soon as they are received, I could go on and on. She is by far the best manager and just a great and caring person. She used to manage a complex on Midvale and a friend of mine is moving from Midvale to Kelton just to follow the great management. I highly recommend Kelton Plaza to anyone looking for an apartment! :) Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
