Kelton Plaza Apartment

One of the best buildings you will find. From: saba1077@aol.com Date posted: 5/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I have had the opportunity to live under previous management and now the new management and I have seen the whole place changed for the better. This in an amazing, cozy building to live in. The manager is wonderful. She makes sure all her tenants are safe and that he building is top of the line. I would recommend anyone looking for a safe, cozy, quiet, and friendly building to look into Kelton Plaza Apartments.
