Good manager, bad price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Great manager but waaaay too expensive, the parking charge per month is riduculous, especially for poor college students to pay. Plus, NO utilities are included. It is very very expensive to live here. Before the parking charges, the manager was definitely worth the price to live here, but now with the price increase its a little hard to swallow. I hope the owners will learn that with 4 years of guarenteed housing now, outrageous prices will not persuade people to rent with you.
