The rent is getting ridiculously expensive compared to comparable buildings (e.g. the building next door), and the price of parking is outrageous, especially since the spots are all tandem. The manager is AMAZING though. She is the only reason my roommates and I stayed in the building at all. She truly cares about her residents and clearly tries her best to help them and keep them happy. Maintenance always responds quickly and effectively thanks to her.
