When I lived here, Danica was the manager and she was extremely nice and did a great job. She was definitely on your side, and tried to help out as much as possible. I didn't realize how blessed I was to live there until I moved down the street to 655 kelton and lived with the worst possible management on the face of the planet.

I would highly recommend living here. However, it is very pricey so keep that in mind. Maintenance was always done in a timely manner. However, the square footage is somewhat lacking. Closet is very small.

Danica isn't the manager anymore. This person moved out two years ago. This review is two years out of date. It is not the same as it was in 2006. The building raised its prices sky high and charges residents to pay the building's utilities! This is outrageous! It is never done anywhere else. That makes them profits of 40 apartments x $100 to $125 a month = $5,000 per month and $60,000 a year off the backs of poor student tenants! Unfair! Charging for parking is also not the way it is done in Westwood but this building charges on top of rent. The supposed "rent" is really more than $325 a month MORE than the stated price, once you add in the parking for 2 cars per apartment, and the building investors' own utilities paid by tenants! This is false advertising. Tenants pay average of $325 a month, and $4,000 a year per apartment more than the stated "rent" price.
