Last week, I moved out of Kenmore View. I googled it to get the phone # for the office and found this site. I thought I'd add my own two cents.

I lived at Kenmore View for nearly seven years and never had an ounce of trouble with the place or residents. The management is very reliable and is on top of keeping the building maintained very well. Ana Pop the building manager is as professional as they come. Any issues (clogged sink sort of stuff) were resolved very quickly.

Granted the building itself is of the semi generic "human ant farm" style but when you get down to it, it's the people who make Kenmore View a great place to live. The residents are a good mix of young singles and families. Excessive noise is really never a problem as everyone is pretty respectful. I made a lot of great friends while living there and can't recommend the building or the Los Feliz neighborhood enough.

Secured underground parking is great. Never had an issue with vandalism/break-ins. The rooftop patio is a definite plus.
