Not safe for single women

I had an intruder come in through the balcony in my lower level apartment. The neighborhood itself is a little skeevy with homeless, street girls and dealers at night. My car was broken into inside the garage. I'm moving quite soon because of these incidents.

The apartments itself is spacious and the manager is great. The neighborhood is sketchy though.
