Vomit in the stairwells on a regular basis. Homeless people wandering the parking garage. The hallways smell like someone is boiling fish 24 hrs a day... oh wait, you're in Ktown -- they are. No parking, ever. Like never. And if you do find a spot... the car needs to be moved every 2hrs (parking tickets every time). Dogs allowed, so every inch of grass is covered in crap. So people use the stairs to wipe off the crap... so now the stairs to your apt are smeared in dog poop. Lovely. Did I mention the old woman who sits on the stairs all day, coughing up her lungs. Scary stuff people. Roaches (and we keep our apt. very clean). The odor of the garbage disposal that never goes away.
