Overall this complex is well kept. There is man who comes Mon-Sat to keep with the upkeep of the building. The pool is nice but because the building surrounds the poool there is always an echo whenever someone is in the courtyard area. If you're looking for a quiet place this is not it. The building usually gets loud during summmer because of the kids that are on vacation, they are usually running around the hallways and yelling inside the courtyard area. Although many tenants have complained to the manager she does very little to keep the noise level at a minimum. Parents of the loud kids are just the same, they yell to one another from one side of the building to the other. I found myself closing the windows often and putting the AC just to not hear the yelling of both parents and kids.
The pool is kept clean but sometimes the kids on the 2nd and 3rd floors make it dirty so quickly that it does not give other people a chance to enjoy it.
For professionals this may not be the place unless you don't mind the noise level in the evenings and on weekends. Families may be more fit to live hear since many single people tend to leave because of the extreme noise. Also, the manager seems to be afraid to speak to the tenants with respect to their kids running around and causing disruption. Although she has said to of told them the parents fail to understand and the manager takes no other actions to remedy the problem.
