This building looks nice from the out side, And when you first walk through the doors to the front lobby area, But when you catch the elevator and walk to where the apartments start low and behold. The carpet is dirty in the aisle ways, the walls are not painted. All the nicer apartments are given to the elderly tenants, I'm all for senior citizens who paid their dues getting nice apartments at the retirement stage in their lives, But if i'm paying the same amount they are fair is fair i want a nice apartment also. The maintenance guy is your typical slick, last minute, do a rush over job in regard to getting apartments cleaned and ready to be rented. The tubs are old and badly scarred. The tenants are great, But they are also leery of the new tenants in the building. Over all grocery stores, Banks, Shopping Malls, Fast food restaurants are all far away when you live in this building. So unless you have transportation be prepaired to stand out side in front of the building to wait on the bus which seems to run every 40 minutes. My advice unless you really need an apartment to avoid being homeless or sleeping out in the cold look elsewhere.
