Superb place to reside. Management is very professional. The building is clean and taken care of. Lots of parking and easy elevators access to your floor. The location where to begin!!! Right next to Ralphs and small shopping mall with ur everyday needs!! In the center of everything!! Right by Kodak Theatre, Grove, Hollywood Blvd and Vine St, Hollywood Metro Station, etc. So rent is very reasonable
