I adore this place and never want to live anywhere else in LA! My apt is a big 1 bedroom on the top floor-- spectacular views of Hollywood & Highland, downtown, and mountains! I can see 5 landmarks from my bedroom window!

The manager, Kevin, is considerate, smart and takes wonderful care of the building. He just had the gorgeous back courtyard redone and last Sat. we had a 1 year birthday party for the one child in the building. The courtyard is quiet, huge fountain, barbecues, great place for morning coffee on Sundays.

It's very pet-friendly and most of my neighbors are sweethearts!
