I have been very happy with this apartment building. I've been here for close to 6 years now, and haven't ever had a major problem with anything. A few reservable guest parking spots would be nice since this area is notorious for having very little street parking available. The pool area was just recently upgraded with new chaise lounges and umbrellas. I personally don't mind the new colors that much; they've sort of grown on me. The apartments themselves are bright and spacious, with plenty of possibilities for making them unique.
