Management Lacks Professionalism

The Langham Apartment building is an interesting place, to say the least.
It is so much like a Peyton Place.
Management is really in their own little world and NOT professional, at all.
The common word to refer to them "B***H." This begins with the General Manager, on down.
You might even find it written on the elevators.
If they don't like you or have "heard something" about you, they will treat you nasty and make your residency at the Langham almost unbearable.
Ironically, the maintenance crew is much more professional and much easier to get along than the management team.
Gossip is rampant and everyone is sleeping with everyone (including the office staff).
It is a true mess.
Parking is horrible unless you pay to park in the Public Parking Garage across the street, but now you can't even do that from 9a to 5p.
It is funny also that managment was made aware of this MAJOR change a month prior to its commencement and failed to advise the tenants until approx July 1st (the date the new rules began) How's that for professional'
Noise is USUALLY at a minimum unless you have the artsy musicians near your apartment.
Don't bother complaining.
Management won't do anything.
Grounds are well kept and the building is clean, basically.
Safety is not an issue the area is pretty safe.
I haven't heard of any incidents.
On the positive, all utilities are included and the apartments are very nice and pretty spacious, but if you expect professionalism in your leasing offce/manager, forget about it.
Another good thing is that I do not have any bugs and have never seen a rodent, etc.
If you are a dog person, this is the place for you, but make sure your dog can fight, because not all of the dogs are "dog friendly."

You're exactly right about management, and that goes for both the hideous eastern-european scrub woman manager, and the rail thin little chick with dark hair who looks (and acts) like she's still in high school. They're bringing the place way down

so i guess teresa and her little ---- daughters are GONE??? too good to be true. maybe ill move back in now. they are the reason a lot of people left in 2k3-4. loved the apartment-hated the management. maintenence crew is pretty cool most of the time and i really enjoyed the neighborhood. i miss that place every day. bugs and rose family and all. oh, an how is miss lily? (kinda scared to ask)

hey so most of these reviews are from a couple years ago or last year how is it now
cause my bf and i love the price and the floor plans and we want to move in but i decided i thought i'd poke around a bit and see what everyone else is saying
