This is obviously a member of the staff. This review was placed after the 1 only review that is for the Langham. I do agree, however you should see the building. Check it out for yourself. Check out the elevators. Classic or just old? You decide. Fortunately, the staff referred to who "lacks professionalism is gone." However the general manager and he is not easy to deal with unless you are an attractive female. Check it out for yourself.

Actually though there was staff working that was worse than what is there now, I still hate asking them anything. Oh and let's talk plumbing, you do not know how many times I have been scalded in the shower. The water goes from warm to scalding then to freezing and back to however you set the water without warning...OUCH!!!

I lived there my senior year in college. I don't know what I was thinking b/c when I look back, the are was a little ghetto. But at that time the managers there were really, really nice. There were two sisters and their mother. As I was moving out (June '05) I believe management was undergoing changes. The pool also was never done in the year that I was there and yes, the elevator was not always good. I've had to walk my arm loads of groceries up the stairs a couple times--and I lived on the 7th floor. Overall I liked the other tenants and I don't think it was as bad an experience as said. That is sad that it has gone down the tubes since! The managers were also great when I had to leave my lease one month early b/c of military orders.
