Lived here for two years. Plan to stay. It's true like everyone says, the manager is a tough cookie, but she gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Just have minimal contact as possible; she doesn't want to hear what you have to say. New leasing is nice and helpful, the old leasing staff was awful and had a bad rep. with the tenants. Everyone is glad their gone except those who miss the gossip. The building has good upkeep; building is cleaned inside and out evryday.
On-site maintenance, gym no one ever uses (good!), and pool on the roof that will never open (bad!). concrete floors makes it a quiet building. Film a lot in the building. Hope you can deal. at least parking is at a structure across the street and we're not limited to street parking like every other apt building. Overall a definite YES! cause pets are welcomed! Big thing for me! up and coming trendy area.
