memorable, unique building run very professionally...building noise isn't too bad, but courtyards often reflect other's living in through your windows (which need to be opened, as no air conditioning is available)...my main complaint with living in the langham was the ridiculous amount of film production that often took most of the already very limited street parking (be prepared to often walk five or six blocks with groceries, or to pay the greedy bastards at the nearby public parking structure a monthly fee of at least $85)
