I lived in the building for 3 1/2 years and I never personally had a problem with the management because they always got things done, and very helpful, she even knows the tenants names.

However, Mitch the maintenance guy was a CREEP and told me I could pay him in "other ways" and he did not mean for me to bake him cookies...to let me back into my apartment instead of paying him the money.

Thank God I was moving in less than a week.

The streets are noise and no air conditioning, however, the neighbors are quite friendly and they are quiet.

Parking is horrible, you either park on the street if you can avoid the times when you can't park there, or pay a monthly fee to park 2 blocks from the building...otherwise the parking structure that's closer has limited parking...you can't park there beetween the hours of 9-5.

All in all it's not bad, but anywhere in LA if you want something better you have to pay for it!
