This is a great apartment to live in. Only once did I hear my neighbors in the apartment next to mine. It was a very nice and simple building. My only two complaints are street parking, which is a hassle if you have friends coming over after 8 pm, and the elevator is a bit slow sometimes... but it's easy to take the stairs.
There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance along with a grocery store and video store. The area feels very safe to me. I don't worry about my girlfriend when she comes over because you have very friendly people living in the area and the building.
The Manager is very professional and calls you back very quickly if you can't reach him right away and has a good sense of humor, like when a friend puts the wrong type of soap in the dishwasher.
Sadly I have to move out due to economic difficulties... but I would never give up my apartment if I could get away with it.

Hey Sara, did you take a creative writing course in High School? Because you sure write the goofiest tenant reviews like the one the where Dave thought it was funny that someone put the wrong soap in the dishwasher... Dave hasn't smiled or laughed in years, much less when someone makes him leave his cave. :)

I don't know who this anonymous person is, but you honestly stop criticizing tenants and get a life. If your only purpose in life is to bash this building, it's tenants and the management, I believe you might want to rethink your career.
