If you read the first two reviews about the LeBaron Apts, you will see what is really going on in the building. The management is trying to make the place look good so they had to resort to writing their own reviews here on this site, posing as tenants. Then they lied about there being new management in the building. The management has not changed in two years. The resident manager who had a restraining order against him for verbally assaulting a female tenant in the building, and entering an apt without permission and unleashing a verbal assault, he's still the resident manager. His managers, the one's who back him 100% and deny any responsibility, they are still all there, still enabling bad behavior. The building still has verified mold within it's walls. Verified by a third party independent testing company. Mgmt won't even acknowledge they hear the word when you speak it, MOLD! The water is shut off every three weeks or so, so they can repair leaking pipes. But hey, as they say, it is a nice neighborhood. :)
