My boyfriend & I have been living @ Le Baron Apartments since summer of 2008. It is an ideal location, central to everything, yet just enough removed that when you are lounging by the pool you feel away from the city. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a couple markets, restaurants & video rental store within walking distance. The apartment complex is an older building, so sometimes their are repairs that need to be made; these are always tended to in an orderly fashion by the resident manager. Whenever anything has been needed to be repaired in our specific apartment the on-site manager has responded quickly & efficiently. When my garbage disposal stopped working the manager came over in about 10 minutes to fix it, when I told him our bathroom wall paint was chipping he came over immediately to take a look at it & made an appointment for painters to come @ MY earliest convenience. A couple things that are drawbacks are street parking becoming difficult during the evenings (we only get one underground parking space), the no pet policy, & the rent (just because we are students). Other than that we thoroughly enjoy living @ Le Baron Apartments.

Hey Sara, did you take a creative writing course in High School? Because you sure write the goofiest tenant reviews like the one the where Dave thought it was funny that someone put the wrong soap in the dishwasher... Dave hasn't smiled or laughed in years, much less when someone makes him leave his cave. :)
