Check it out, the managers are continuing to pose as tenants and write reviews that never seem the mention the major problems in this building, the managers and the mold. That's right, the guy they say is so courteous and nice and helpful. It's the same guy that had a restraining order against him by a female tenant in the building. He lies, and makes ---- up to charge tenants for things he said he would do for free. The security cameras were installed in the building because of all the problems and complaints against him, not the tenants. And his managers, they still tout what at great guy he is and they still don't hesitate to charge you for any little thing and guess what, they never mention the toxic mold in this building. Toxic mold and toxic management, not a good mix.

Dear neighbor, I take offense to your assertion that there is mold in Le Baron. I have lived in the building for years and have never seen mold. If you have mold in your apartment then please note that you need to call the State of California's HazMat team to document it and clean it up. Otherwise I suggest you stop writing untrue and slanderous verbiage in a public forum. BTW I am not from management. I have lived at Le Baron for years and really love it.
