There seems to be a smear campaign against my building by another resident but I'm not sure why because my experience has been great. I love this building and the manager, Dave. While the building is older, the management has consistently worked on infrastructure as well as cosmetic issues to improve the quality of life for the residents of Le Baron. The pool looks great with the new fence, security cameras are along the hallways and the door entry system is so convenient.
I lived in the building for years and hopefully, health provided I will continue to do so...
