Hello,

For what it's worth, here's what I have to say about my one-year stay at Le Baron:

Pros:
- Clean place, nice carpets, nice hardwood floors, clean hallways, painting kept up, newer appliances, and came with a fridge
- Good people, friendly neighbors for the most part and a friendly landlord
- Decent little pool area (always clean) with grill and chairs
- Great neighborhood, great views of downtown LA, and you're in walking distance to good stuff

Cons:
- I was in a 2 bedroom but only had 1 parking space - sometimes finding street parking can be a headache
- Like every place I've lived in LA, the water gets turned off too often

So if I had to do it again, I'd go back to Le Baron and do give it my 2 thumbs up. I moved out so I could move in with my girlfriend.
