A Little Jewel In The Hollywood Hills

My experience at the Le Baron apartments has been nothing short of amazing. After searching through all possible places to live in the Hollywood/West Hollywood area I fell in love with this apartment complex and luckily I didn t even know how great it was until after I moved in. The apartment is snuggled in at the bottom of the Hollywood sign on Beachwood Dr. For those who are not familiar with the area, this little community of Franklin Village is in my opinion the best place to live. The area is very safe and has a strong sense of community. I m a southerner who is use to hospitality and growing up in neighborhoods, and it wasn t until I moved in to the Le Baron that I finally found a sense of home.
The building is completely secure and to those who live alone or are not familiar with Los Angeles this is a huge deal. Not only is it secured but it has a great pool area with grills and plenty of patio furniture to hold a BBQ for friends. There is a clean laundry room and parking available. Everyone that I have met in the building has been more then friendly and all appreciate where they live. Most of the tenets that live here that I have met have been living here for years (and we re talking about 20 years and that right there makes a statement within it s self). Now management is another huge concern for renters, and the manager Dave is absolutely fantastic to say the lease. He has been so friendly, kind, and just a flat out a cool cat, and will immediately respond and take care of any issues you may be dealing with. He runs a tight building making sure that it is always maintained and in shape. For me personally I m a little bit a freak about appearances and things being well maintained. If I m paying for a place to live I want to make sure that I feel comfortable about every penny spent. So I highly recommend living at the Le Baron if you ever get a chance for it truly is a great place to live.
