You really need to get a life and stop posting such nonsense. All the residents have been alerted several times that the water pipes are being replaced throughout the building, hence the loose debris and discolored water which dissipates after a few seconds anyway. You know, if you really hate Le Baron so much then you should move out because you're embarrassing the rest of us with your absurd rants in a public forum.
