This place is a total nightmare and not worth the price they ask for their apartments. The company that manages the building could care less about it's tenants and is only after as much money as they can get from them. They do the bare minimum to the place in order to keep the building respectable. The elevator is old and slow; the hallways are dark and stink. The manager is rude to tenants and does not help them with any problems. She just wants your money; don't bother asking her for anything, it's "too much of a problem" or "hassle" for her. She has been known to actually scream at tenants if they cause too much "trouble." The manager's husband does maintenance, and has little regard for accomodating tenants' requests for times to enter. He has no regard for anyone either. He also smells terrible. You'll get into the elevator after he's gotten off and it reeks. On top of that, they are very difficult to understand, as they both have thick foreign accents. It takes multiple times for them to explain something, and they tend to get frustrated with you if you don't understand, like it's your fault. They refused to address issues in the parking garage, such as vandalism and break ins, which occured to cars, including mine and my roommate's during the time I lived there. If you dare ask for anything, be prepared to be on a hit list. Not worth it. Avoid this place.
