Great GREAT location, right in the heart of Westwood. Walk to everything. The manager and her husband are very sweet once you get to know them, and they are very hard workers. My husband and I loved living there, even in spite of some things being outdated, like the elevator and the decorating (but what in LA isn't.) Definitely need to redo things like carpeting and cabinets and especially the hallways, but the balconies and apartment layouts are great.
