First of all, the location is really nice because it is right accross from Ralphs for any midnight snack runs and it is right in front of the Big Blue Bus stop. But as far as anything else "nice" there. That really goes to there.
The rooms are big and spacious. And I had plenty of place to put my furnitures. But the carpet was so grimy and nasty. My roomate would constantly have a runny nose due to allergies from the carpet. We had a minor toilet problem in which took months to fix. No pests really, just small spiders now and then, but the manager and her husband was the real pest. Her husband comes into the room whenver he likes to do mantainance without giving us prior notification, I think we were ont their bad list or something because they would never respond to our problems and speaks to us in a icy tone. The husband also stares in a mean way. The hallway is dark and moldy. During the winter season, going home gives me the chills because the light in the hallways are very dim and the doors are so big and heavy that I feel like everytime I open a dividing door, some stranger is going to jump out at me. The dishwasher is constantly broken.... and the fireplace, although pretty is completely useless. We put a couch over it. As far as the bus stop goes, it is okay, once in a while i see a homeless sitting on the bench. It is close to UCLA but there is quite a steep uphill slope that can put a strain on your legs especially if you are late for class. don't go through the botanical gardens at night because it is really creepy. Sometimes we hear drunk sorority girls outside and the Hour Bell from UCLA is kind of irritating at first but in time you will get over it. We lived here for two years due to school and I am so glad I am graduating this year!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
