for the true selling points of this building visit www.moldinspector.com and see the pictures toward the bottom of the page. the mold ratings were high on the side walk in front of the building! the higher up the building you go the worse it gets. in violation of california civil code, there is no exterior weather coating on the concrete walls. so the water wicks in and turns your plaster to mush ruins your carpet. trashes your furniture. they only do "repairs" if forced to by the city and then it's only cosmetic and doesn't actually solve the problem. then they give you attitude. the offsite management is obnoxious to the point of criminality. they claim nonresponsibility for everything but it isn't true. check the facts on everything they say. if you are from a backwards country that is run by a repressive regime and miss it, then this is the place for you. noisy late at night, guitar playing, stereos, sounds of violence and projectile vomiting. oh, and keep your eye on the rent increases and your tenant rights. if you don't have problems in your life and need some...move here. enjoy your stay
