We've had what some think as one mold related death. I live on the 4th floor by the elevator and opposite a crack head who is up all night. The place is a drug heaven with people playing electric guitars at night, people screaming. The basement garage leaks all over and the maintenance man tried to grope my breasts in the elevator. Management is like Russian Mafia. People steal your laundry but your clothes come out dirtier than when they went in. During a mold test the people upstairs had, they said the readings on the sidewalk in front of the building were way high. When I moved they said they mailed my deposit but they never did. Now they won't answer the phone. The owner shows up drunk all the time. The manager is drunk too.
