I lived in the place for a while and most of the comments from the other folks are true. Didn't see crackheads, but there is someone who plays electric guitar on the 7th floor all the time. Yes, the previous mgr was very responsive and available all the time. The new couple that "manage" the place are never available, never answer the phones and take so long to get back to you on any issues. Yes, the building has cracks everywhere and the windows do leak when it rains. Hallways don't get cleaned at all, so you will notice trash there for weeks.
