I am not impressed. I thought I was paying to live on the prestigious Wilshire Corridor but it's more like living near The Grove. After seeing how nasty, I mean really nasty and poor the manager and management are at Legacy Partners is I cannot wait to move. What a disappointment. The only pleasure I have is seeing the HOT maintenance supervisor.
