I have been living here for about a month now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Leasing staff is extremely nice and very professional. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved, I had a light go out, let them know Sunday and it was fixed Monday morning. Valet and conceirge staff are really friendly and always offer very prompt service. In particular, leasing manager Chris and conceirge Anthony and William are always great.

The building is always immaculate, lobby, hallways, etc. Gym is an actual gym, not a little workout room labeled "gym". Equipment, saunas and steam rooms are always very clean. Only thing is that it is a pet friendly community and there was a doggy that couldnt hold it (he peed a little, no big deal) past the elevator one weekend. But as usual, it was cleaned within minutes.

The units themselves are very well maintained. When I moved in there was fresh paint and new carpet, everything spotless. The walls are a bit thin, but nothing you wont expect of any other condo/apt building. If youre facing Wilshire, be ready for traffic noise. This is inevitable even in highrises. Neighbors are pretty cool, everyone tends to keep to themselves. It's definitely a good mix, leasing office does a good job.

In regards to the bad reviews, I really don't see where they're coming from. This is a great full service building. Maybe the reviewer was just a bitter person, who knows :)
