I have lived there for almost three years and every single promise that the "four" different management groups have committed too were never answered! The costs of the security is a waste, homeless people walk through the building, cars get broken into. In other words the place is a mess and they now it so they are selling! place the burden on the residents! The neighborhood is doomed. The homelessness is getting worse now that the largest homeless shelter in the US is one block away. I am leaving...

hmmm. . . this is an old post, and i hope it is no longer true. i haven't had any problems, the people i have met have been just fine, and i have yet to see security breaches. and believe you me, if i do, i will pitch a fit! the hoa dues are not cheap, and i WILL fight for what i paid for. i was aware of the homeless issue (hi--it's been like that for, like, 30 years! i actually volunteer at the midnight mission from time to time. . . )but so far, they stay outside and i haven't seen or heard of any thefts, attacks, whatever. and i walk my dog out there. LATE at night. i havent' even been 'panhandled'. (is that the correct verb?) hopefully the abominable management company that you speak of is a thing of the past now that the condo conversion is complete. . .
