The management has changed hands a few times now, and are doing an okay job. The units themselves are wonderful, stylish and well thought-out - but frankly the location is lousy. While you can't hold LTL responsible for the homeless situation, it nonetheless will affect your living experience there.

I moved to downtown to enjoy the community and culture, and while Little Tokyo is indeed walking distance from the lofts (a major plus!) getting there you will be travelling through a mushroom patch of homeless' boxes and tents, complete with numerous accostings and wonderous smells. Sorry folks, it's not for me.

Also they are converting the units to condos and kicking out all us renters (read what you will into management style from that), which I find unfortunate but given the above we were ready to move anyway. Nice try, but misses the mark.
