I moved downtown for the artistic energy & city vibe last year & was happy w/ my loft at LTL. But new management team are all talk no action. Also, a new mission opened 2 blocks away, which has exponentially increased the number of homeless in all the streets surrounding the building, and now another shelter is being set up NEXT DOOR. I was thinking about buying (the lofts are currently converting to condo) but between continuous construction noise (tearing down hotel next door, probably to build another property), ineffective management & the new shelter going up, I will be leaving at the end of my lease.
