I have lived in Little Tokyo Lofts for almost two years now, and the first year was wonderful, great people and great management. Than the building got sold and things have gone downhill from there. The new management is converting the building to condos and if the way they treat the residents now is how they will treat the new unit owners than buyer beware! They will make promise after promise after promise but never deliver on any of them. And the beauty of it is that they don't even have city approval yet for the conversion so they will take your money up front and tell you all sorts of pretty lies, but until the city says so you can't move in. Some of the things they probably won't be telling you; the elevator breaks down every week or two, there have been numerous occasions lately where homeless people have broken in to the building, and they deffinately won't be telling you about the new womans shelter that is going to be built next door. Good luck to all of you that get taken in by Hammer Ventures and their lies.
