We went to the LA Downtown Living event and was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the models at Little Tokyo Lofts. Finally, 'real lofts' the kind you would see in New York. Not the new construction glorified apartments with high ceilings and no walls. We spoke with a couple that currently rent, they said it's a great place to live and it has lots of parking.
We want the LA downtown life and are looking for a good long-term investment. Considering all the redevelopment just north of Little Tokyo Lofts, we believe this is a good investment.
