the building is pretty and in a fun neighborhood. my problems with this place lie with the manager. a guy that will tell you anything you want to hear before you move in, then when you arrive, he wont help out with anything and seems like he hates to be bothered with it. luckily the maintenance guy is good and the wkd managers are accomodating. just be warned that the manager of this building is NOT what he seems after you move in.

It is a noisy street b/c of the elementary school next door and traffic driving through. I did not feel super safe on this block at night. there were break ins in the parking garage.

This is not true. I tell everyone that we all live here by the rules. I tell everyone that there will be quiet and consideration given by all the residents. The only people who would have a big problem with the way the rules are enforced, would themselves be the problem.
