I moved to LA from the Mid West and ofcoarse there is the shock of how expensive apartments with stained carpeting and old refrigerators are...

Anyway, this is a great location to live. Quiet street, If you stay home during the day you may hear the school located next to the building. The tenants were all very nice. Professional and quiet. I had no problems. The manager is a little spacey.. but he is a good guy.
