seriously. a real douche. if you can avoid him, you're good. if you are forced to deal with him, good luck.

the school next door is VERY noisy, especially during pick up, drop off times.

walking distance to vermont is a big plus.

the hot tub smells.

you're locked into a LAME deal with comcast.

you can do better if you have time to look.

the building and interior hallways look like a crazy hostel from 1980.

This person must have been on the receiving end of some sort of rule enforcement issue. In the words of Abraham Lincoln, "You can please some of the people all the time, all the people some of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time." This is so true. I lived on the south side of the building sharing the boundary with the school for nearly three years when I first moved into the building. I rather liked the sound from the playground. Some people are more sensitive to noise they aren't actually involved in making than others are.
