my favorite thing about this place is the neighborhood. vermont street is awesome.
this building is ok...the apartments are pretty nice, spacious, there is an indoor pool (VERY cold!!) rooftop, nice outdoor spaces...
the manager, i have to agree, is a PAIN to deal with. i left the first opportunity i had. the apartments are overpriced and the management could care less once they have you locked into a lease. i can't even tell you the lack of respect, courtesy, understanding oozing from this guy. who seemed super accomodating before move in! i couldn't wait to leave soley due to him. it's a shame. and you can find cheaper if you have time to wait and look around. i did.

| This is an opinion, but I will say it is an honest one. The pool is kept at 78 degrees. The spa is kept at 102 degrees. i don't know what the author wants as a proper temperature. | |
